1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Voluntino (voluntino.app) or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. The Service

Voluntino is a volunteer coordination platform provided free of charge. It allows individuals to register as volunteers, join local activities, coordinate with community groups, and log their contribution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Voluntino. By registering, you confirm this.

4. Your Account

• Provide accurate information at registration.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person, one account. No bots or automated registrations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, hateful, or harassing content.
• Upload photos of identifiable third parties without their consent (Voluntino automatically blurs faces in publicly-shared photos, but you remain responsible for what you upload).
• Impersonate others or provide false identity.
• Interfere with the platform (attacks, scraping at scale, exploiting vulnerabilities).
• Use the platform for commercial promotion, spam, or fundraising unrelated to community volunteering.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. By uploading, you grant Voluntino a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and (with your explicit opt-in) publish your content on the platform's community pages. You can revoke publication at any time from Profile → Public Activity.

7. Availability and Changes

Voluntino is provided on an "as-is" basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, restrict access, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Voluntino and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury.

9. Volunteer Activities — Safety

Voluntino coordinates volunteer activities but is not the organizer of physical events. Participation is at your own risk. Follow local regulations, use appropriate safety equipment, and do not put yourself or others at risk.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Consumer protection law of your EU member state of residence applies where more favorable.

Mit der Erstellung eines Kontos bei Voluntino (voluntino.app) oder der Nutzung unserer Dienste stimmen Sie diesen Nutzungsbedingungen zu.

2. Der Dienst

Voluntino ist eine kostenlose Plattform zur Koordination von Freiwilligenarbeit. Sie ermöglicht die Registrierung als Freiwilliger, die Teilnahme an lokalen Aktivitäten und die Koordination mit Gemeinschaftsgruppen.

3. Voraussetzungen

Sie müssen mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein. Mit der Registrierung bestätigen Sie dies.

4. Ihr Konto

• Geben Sie bei der Registrierung korrekte Angaben.
• Halten Sie Ihr Passwort sicher. Sie sind für Aktivitäten in Ihrem Konto verantwortlich.
• Melden Sie unbefugten Zugriff unverzüglich.
• Eine Person, ein Konto. Keine Bots oder automatisierten Registrierungen.

5. Zulässige Nutzung

Sie verpflichten sich, nicht:

• Illegale, beleidigende, hasserfüllte oder belästigende Inhalte hochzuladen.
• Fotos identifizierbarer Dritter ohne deren Zustimmung hochzuladen (Voluntino verpixelt Gesichter automatisch bei öffentlich geteilten Fotos, Sie bleiben jedoch verantwortlich für das, was Sie hochladen).
• Andere Personen zu imitieren oder eine falsche Identität anzugeben.
• Die Plattform zu stören (Angriffe, massives Scraping, Ausnutzen von Schwachstellen).
• Die Plattform für kommerzielle Werbung, Spam oder Spendenaufrufe außerhalb des Freiwilligenkontexts zu nutzen.

Wir behalten uns vor, Konten zu sperren oder zu löschen, die gegen diese Regeln verstoßen.

6. Nutzerinhalte

Sie behalten das Eigentum an Ihren hochgeladenen Fotos und Texten. Mit dem Upload gewähren Sie Voluntino eine nicht-exklusive, weltweite, unentgeltliche Lizenz zur Speicherung, Anzeige und (mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung) Veröffentlichung Ihrer Inhalte auf den Community-Seiten der Plattform. Sie können die Veröffentlichung jederzeit unter Profil → Öffentliche Aktivität widerrufen.

7. Verfügbarkeit und Änderungen

Voluntino wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir bemühen uns um Verfügbarkeit, garantieren aber keinen unterbrechungsfreien Dienst. Wir können Funktionen ändern, den Zugang beschränken oder den Dienst mit angemessener Frist einstellen.

8. Haftungsbeschränkung

Im gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang haften Voluntino und sein Betreiber nicht für indirekte, zufällige oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung des Dienstes. Nichts in diesen Bedingungen beschränkt die Haftung für grobe Fahrlässigkeit, Vorsatz oder Personenschäden.

9. Sicherheit bei Freiwilligenaktivitäten

Voluntino koordiniert Freiwilligenaktivitäten, ist aber nicht Veranstalter physischer Events. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko. Beachten Sie lokale Vorschriften, nutzen Sie geeignete Schutzausrüstung und gefährden Sie weder sich noch andere.

10. Kündigung

Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit unter Profil → Konto löschen. Wir können Konten sperren oder löschen, die gegen diese Bedingungen oder die Datenschutzerklärung verstoßen.

11. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen deutschem Recht. Verbraucherschutzrecht Ihres EU-Wohnsitzstaates gilt, sofern günstiger.

2. Η Υπηρεσία

Το Voluntino είναι μια δωρεάν πλατφόρμα συντονισμού εθελοντικής εργασίας. Επιτρέπει την εγγραφή ως εθελοντής, τη συμμετοχή σε τοπικές δραστηριότητες και τον συντονισμό με ομάδες κοινότητας.

3. Προϋποθέσεις

Πρέπει να είστε τουλάχιστον 16 ετών. Με την εγγραφή το επιβεβαιώνετε.

4. Ο Λογαριασμός σας

• Δώστε σωστά στοιχεία κατά την εγγραφή.
• Διατηρείτε ασφαλή τον κωδικό σας. Είστε υπεύθυνοι για τη δραστηριότητα στον λογαριασμό σας.
• Ενημερώστε άμεσα σε περίπτωση μη εξουσιοδοτημένης πρόσβασης.
• Ένα άτομο, ένας λογαριασμός. Χωρίς bots ή αυτοματοποιημένες εγγραφές.

5. Αποδεκτή Χρήση

Δεσμεύεστε να μην:

• Ανεβάζετε παράνομο, προσβλητικό, ρατσιστικό ή παρενοχλητικό περιεχόμενο.
• Ανεβάζετε φωτογραφίες αναγνωρίσιμων τρίτων χωρίς τη συγκατάθεσή τους (το Voluntino θαμπώνει αυτόματα πρόσωπα σε δημόσια κοινοποιημένες φωτογραφίες, αλλά παραμένετε υπεύθυνοι για ό,τι ανεβάζετε).
• Παρουσιάζεστε ως άλλο άτομο ή παρέχετε ψευδή στοιχεία.
• Παρεμποδίζετε την πλατφόρμα (επιθέσεις, μαζικό scraping, εκμετάλλευση ευπαθειών).
• Χρησιμοποιείτε την πλατφόρμα για εμπορική προώθηση, spam ή εκστρατείες συγκέντρωσης χρημάτων μη συνδεόμενες με εθελοντισμό κοινότητας.

Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα αναστολής ή διαγραφής λογαριασμών που παραβιάζουν αυτούς τους κανόνες.

6. Περιεχόμενο Χρηστών

Διατηρείτε την ιδιοκτησία φωτογραφιών και κειμένου που ανεβάζετε. Με το ανέβασμα, χορηγείτε στο Voluntino μη αποκλειστική, παγκόσμια, χωρίς royalties άδεια αποθήκευσης, εμφάνισης και (με ρητή συγκατάθεσή σας) δημοσίευσης του περιεχομένου σας στις σελίδες κοινότητας. Μπορείτε να ανακαλέσετε τη δημοσίευση οποιαδήποτε στιγμή από Προφίλ → Δημόσια Δραστηριότητα.

7. Διαθεσιμότητα και Αλλαγές

Το Voluntino παρέχεται „ως έχει". Εργαζόμαστε για τη διαθεσιμότητα αλλά δεν εγγυόμαστε αδιάλειπτη λειτουργία. Μπορούμε να τροποποιήσουμε λειτουργίες, να περιορίσουμε την πρόσβαση ή να διακόψουμε την υπηρεσία με εύλογη ειδοποίηση.

8. Περιορισμός Ευθύνης

Στο βαθμό που επιτρέπεται από τον νόμο, το Voluntino και ο διαχειριστής του δεν ευθύνονται για έμμεσες, τυχαίες ή επακόλουθες ζημιές από τη χρήση. Τίποτα στους παρόντες Όρους δεν περιορίζει την ευθύνη για βαριά αμέλεια, δόλο ή σωματική βλάβη.

9. Ασφάλεια Δραστηριοτήτων

Το Voluntino συντονίζει δραστηριότητες αλλά δεν είναι διοργανωτής φυσικών εκδηλώσεων. Η συμμετοχή γίνεται με δική σας ευθύνη. Ακολουθείτε τους τοπικούς κανονισμούς, χρησιμοποιείτε κατάλληλο εξοπλισμό ασφαλείας και μη θέτετε τον εαυτό σας ή άλλους σε κίνδυνο.

10. Τερματισμός

Μπορείτε να διαγράψετε τον λογαριασμό σας οποιαδήποτε στιγμή από Προφίλ → Διαγραφή λογαριασμού. Μπορούμε να αναστείλουμε ή να διαγράψουμε λογαριασμούς που παραβιάζουν αυτούς τους Όρους ή την Πολιτική Απορρήτου.

11. Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο

Οι παρόντες Όροι διέπονται από το γερμανικό δίκαιο. Ισχύει το δίκαιο προστασίας καταναλωτή του κράτους-μέλους ΕΕ διαμονής σας εάν είναι ευνοϊκότερο.

1. Acceptare

Prin crearea unui cont pe Voluntino (voluntino.app) sau utilizarea serviciilor noastre, ești de acord cu acești Termeni.

2. Serviciul

Voluntino este o platformă gratuită de coordonare a voluntariatului. Permite înregistrarea ca voluntar, participarea la activități locale și coordonarea cu grupuri comunitare.

3. Cerințe

Trebuie să ai cel puțin 16 ani. Prin înregistrare confirmi acest lucru.

4. Contul Tău

• Furnizează informații corecte la înregistrare.
• Păstrează parola în siguranță. Ești responsabil pentru activitatea din cont.
• Anunță-ne prompt dacă suspectezi acces neautorizat.
• O persoană, un cont. Fără bots sau înregistrări automate.

5. Utilizare Acceptabilă

Te angajezi să nu:

• Încarci conținut ilegal, ofensator, urât sau de hărțuire.
• Încarci fotografii ale unor terți identificabili fără consimțământul lor (Voluntino blurează automat fețele în fotografii publice, dar rămâi responsabil pentru ce încarci).
• Te dai drept altă persoană sau furnizezi identitate falsă.
• Interferezi cu platforma (atacuri, scraping la scară, exploatare vulnerabilități).
• Folosești platforma pentru promovare comercială, spam sau strângere de fonduri fără legătură cu voluntariatul comunitar.

Ne rezervăm dreptul să suspendăm sau ștergem conturi care încalcă aceste reguli.

6. Conținut Utilizator

Păstrezi proprietatea fotografiilor și textului pe care le încarci. Prin încărcare, acorzi Voluntino o licență ne-exclusivă, mondială, fără redevențe pentru stocare, afișare și (cu consimțământul tău explicit) publicare pe paginile publice ale platformei. Poți retrage publicarea oricând din Profil → Activitate Publică.

7. Disponibilitate și Modificări

Voluntino este furnizat „ca atare". Lucrăm pentru disponibilitate dar nu garantăm serviciu neîntrerupt. Putem modifica funcționalități, restricționa acces sau întrerupe serviciul cu preaviz rezonabil.

8. Limitare Răspundere

În limitele legii, Voluntino și operatorul nu răspund pentru daune indirecte, incidentale sau consecvente. Nimic din acești Termeni nu limitează răspunderea pentru neglijență gravă, intenție sau vătămare corporală.

9. Siguranța Activităților

Voluntino coordonează activități dar nu este organizator de evenimente fizice. Participarea este pe propriul risc. Respectă reglementările locale, folosește echipament de siguranță adecvat și nu te pune pe tine sau pe alții în pericol.

10. Închidere

Poți șterge contul oricând din Profil → Șterge cont. Putem suspenda sau șterge conturi care încalcă acești Termeni sau Politica de Confidențialitate.

11. Legea Aplicabilă

Acești Termeni sunt guvernați de legea germană. Se aplică dreptul consumatorului din statul UE de reședință dacă este mai favorabil.

Vous devez avoir au moins 16 ans. En vous inscrivant, vous le confirmez.

4. Votre Compte

• Fournissez des informations exactes à l'inscription.
• Gardez votre mot de passe sécurisé. Vous êtes responsable de l'activité de votre compte.
• Signalez rapidement tout accès non autorisé.
• Une personne, un compte. Pas de bots ni d'inscriptions automatisées.

5. Utilisation Acceptable

Vous vous engagez à ne pas :

• Publier de contenu illégal, offensant, haineux ou harcelant.
• Publier des photos de tiers identifiables sans leur consentement (Voluntino floute automatiquement les visages sur les photos publiques, mais vous restez responsable de ce que vous publiez).
• Vous faire passer pour autrui ou fournir une fausse identité.
• Perturber la plateforme (attaques, scraping massif, exploitation de vulnérabilités).
• Utiliser la plateforme pour la promotion commerciale, le spam ou la collecte de fonds sans lien avec le bénévolat communautaire.

Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou supprimer les comptes qui violent ces règles.

6. Contenu Utilisateur

Vous conservez la propriété des photos et textes publiés. En les publiant, vous accordez à Voluntino une licence non exclusive, mondiale, gratuite de stockage, affichage et (avec votre consentement explicite) publication de votre contenu sur les pages communautaires. Vous pouvez retirer la publication à tout moment via Profil → Activité Publique.

7. Disponibilité et Modifications

Voluntino est fourni „tel quel". Nous travaillons pour la disponibilité mais ne garantissons pas un service ininterrompu. Nous pouvons modifier des fonctionnalités, restreindre l'accès ou interrompre le service avec un préavis raisonnable.

8. Limitation de Responsabilité

Dans les limites de la loi, Voluntino et son exploitant ne sont pas responsables des dommages indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs. Rien dans ces Conditions ne limite la responsabilité pour faute lourde, intention ou dommage corporel.

9. Sécurité des Activités

Voluntino coordonne des activités mais n'est pas organisateur d'événements physiques. La participation se fait à vos propres risques. Respectez les règlements locaux, utilisez un équipement de sécurité adapté et ne mettez pas en danger vous-même ni les autres.

10. Résiliation

Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment via Profil → Supprimer le compte. Nous pouvons suspendre ou supprimer les comptes qui violent ces Conditions ou la Politique de Confidentialité.

11. Loi Applicable

Ces Conditions sont régies par le droit allemand. La loi de protection des consommateurs de votre État membre de l'UE s'applique si elle est plus favorable.

4. Il Tuo Account

• Fornisci informazioni accurate all'iscrizione.
• Mantieni sicura la password. Sei responsabile dell'attività del tuo account.
• Segnala tempestivamente accessi non autorizzati.
• Una persona, un account. Niente bot o iscrizioni automatizzate.

5. Uso Accettabile

Ti impegni a non:

• Caricare contenuti illegali, offensivi, di odio o molestie.
• Caricare foto di terzi identificabili senza il loro consenso (Voluntino sfoca automaticamente i volti nelle foto pubbliche, ma resti responsabile di ciò che carichi).
• Impersonare altri o fornire identità false.
• Interferire con la piattaforma (attacchi, scraping su larga scala, sfruttamento di vulnerabilità).
• Usare la piattaforma per promozione commerciale, spam o raccolta fondi non correlata al volontariato comunitario.

Ci riserviamo il diritto di sospendere o eliminare account che violano queste regole.

6. Contenuti Utente

Mantieni la proprietà di foto e testo caricati. Caricando, concedi a Voluntino una licenza non esclusiva, mondiale, gratuita per archiviare, mostrare e (con tuo consenso esplicito) pubblicare i contenuti sulle pagine comunitarie. Puoi ritirare la pubblicazione in qualsiasi momento da Profilo → Attività Pubblica.

7. Disponibilità e Modifiche

Voluntino è fornito „così com'è". Lavoriamo per la disponibilità ma non garantiamo servizio ininterrotto. Possiamo modificare funzionalità, limitare l'accesso o interrompere il servizio con preavviso ragionevole.

8. Limitazione di Responsabilità

Nei limiti di legge, Voluntino e il suo operatore non sono responsabili di danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali. Nulla in questi Termini limita la responsabilità per colpa grave, dolo o danno personale.

9. Sicurezza Attività

Voluntino coordina attività ma non è organizzatore di eventi fisici. La partecipazione è a proprio rischio. Rispetta i regolamenti locali, usa attrezzature di sicurezza adeguate e non mettere in pericolo te stesso o altri.

10. Cessazione

Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento da Profilo → Elimina account. Possiamo sospendere o eliminare account che violano questi Termini o l'Informativa Privacy.

11. Legge Applicabile

Questi Termini sono regolati dal diritto tedesco. Si applica il diritto del consumatore del tuo Stato membro UE di residenza se più favorevole.

Door een account aan te maken op Voluntino (voluntino.app) of onze diensten te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden.

2. De Dienst

Voluntino is een gratis platform voor vrijwilligerscoördinatie. Het stelt individuen in staat zich als vrijwilliger te registreren, mee te doen aan lokale activiteiten en te coördineren met gemeenschapsgroepen.

3. Voorwaarden

Je moet minstens 16 jaar oud zijn. Door registratie bevestig je dit.

4. Je Account

• Geef juiste informatie bij registratie.
• Houd je wachtwoord veilig. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de activiteit op je account.
• Meld ongeautoriseerde toegang direct.
• Eén persoon, één account. Geen bots of geautomatiseerde registraties.

5. Aanvaardbaar Gebruik

Je verbindt je ertoe niet:

• Illegale, beledigende, haatdragende of intimiderende inhoud te uploaden.
• Foto's van identificeerbare derden te uploaden zonder hun toestemming (Voluntino blurt automatisch gezichten in publiek gedeelde foto's, maar je blijft verantwoordelijk voor wat je uploadt).
• Je voor te doen als anderen of een valse identiteit op te geven.
• Het platform te verstoren (aanvallen, grootschalig scraping, uitbuiten van kwetsbaarheden).
• Het platform te gebruiken voor commerciële promotie, spam of fondsenwerving die geen verband houdt met vrijwilligerswerk in de gemeenschap.

We behouden ons het recht voor accounts te schorsen of te verwijderen die deze regels overtreden.

6. Gebruikersinhoud

Je behoudt de eigendom van geüploade foto's en tekst. Door te uploaden verleen je Voluntino een niet-exclusieve, wereldwijde, royaltyvrije licentie om je inhoud op te slaan, te tonen en (met jouw expliciete toestemming) te publiceren op de communitypagina's. Je kunt publicatie op elk moment intrekken via Profiel → Publieke Activiteit.

7. Beschikbaarheid en Wijzigingen

Voluntino wordt „as-is" geleverd. We werken aan beschikbaarheid maar garanderen geen ononderbroken service. We kunnen functies wijzigen, toegang beperken of de service beëindigen met redelijke kennisgeving.

8. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan, zijn Voluntino en zijn beheerder niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele of gevolgschade. Niets in deze Voorwaarden beperkt aansprakelijkheid voor grove nalatigheid, opzet of persoonlijk letsel.

9. Veiligheid Activiteiten

Voluntino coördineert activiteiten maar is geen organisator van fysieke evenementen. Deelname is op eigen risico. Respecteer lokale regelgeving, gebruik geschikte veiligheidsuitrusting en breng jezelf of anderen niet in gevaar.

10. Beëindiging

Je kunt je account op elk moment verwijderen via Profiel → Account verwijderen. We kunnen accounts schorsen of verwijderen die deze Voorwaarden of het Privacybeleid overtreden.

11. Toepasselijk Recht

Deze Voorwaarden vallen onder Duits recht. Consumentenrecht van je EU-lidstaat van verblijf is van toepassing indien gunstiger.
