This Privacy Policy describes how personal data collected via the Voluntino platform (voluntino.app) is processed. Voluntino is a volunteer coordination platform provided as a service.

1. Data Controller

For any question about your personal data, contact the address above. We do not have a Data Protection Officer (not required under Art. 37 GDPR for this operation).

2. Data We Collect

When you register as a volunteer or use the platform, we collect:

• Account data: full name, email, phone (optional), preferred language, country and city of residence (optional), account creation date.
• Authentication data: hashed password, email verification token, session tokens.
• Volunteer activity: zones reserved, cleaning reports, event registrations, hours contributed, photos uploaded, GPS coordinates (when you enable location).
• Community feed content: if you opt-in to make your activities public, your name (if you choose to display it) and photos (with faces automatically blurred) appear on the community page.
• Communication data: push notification subscription token, in-app messages with coordinators, feedback on events.
• Technical data: IP address (only during login/registration for rate limiting; not stored long-term), browser type, service worker cache state.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

• Account management — legal basis: contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Without this data we cannot provide the service.
• Volunteer coordination (task assignments, event signups, badges) — contract (Art. 6.1.b).
• Push notifications — consent (Art. 6.1.a). You can revoke at any time in your profile.
• Public community feed — explicit consent per activity (Art. 6.1.a). You choose per action whether to make it public.
• Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
• Legal compliance — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c) when required by law.

4. Data Storage and Location

All data is stored on servers located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH). No data leaves the European Union.

5. Data Retention

• Active account data: as long as your account exists.
• Deleted account: name, email, phone, GPS coordinates and photos are permanently anonymized within 30 days of account deletion. Aggregate volunteer statistics (hours contributed, events attended) are retained anonymously for reporting purposes.
• Verification tokens: 24 hours.
• Password reset tokens: 1 hour.
• Push notification logs: 90 days.
• Rate-limiting IP logs: 15 minutes (in-memory, not persisted).

6. Third-Party Processors

We use the following processors, each bound by GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreements:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — hosting.
• Sendinblue/Brevo (France) — transactional email delivery (verification, notifications).
• Web Push protocol — push notification delivery via browser vendors (Google FCM / Apple APNS / Mozilla). Only anonymous device tokens are transmitted.
• flagcdn.com — CDN for flag images (no personal data).

We do not use analytics trackers, third-party advertising, or cross-site tracking.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Chapter III)

You have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of your data.
• Rectification (Art. 16) — edit your profile at any time from within the app.
• Erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17) — delete your account from Profile → Delete account (GDPR). Anonymization completes within 30 days.
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18).
• Data portability (Art. 20) — request an export of your data by email.
• Objection (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — revoke push notification consent in Profile.
• Complaint — file a complaint with the German data protection authority (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein) at datenschutzzentrum.de, or with your local EU supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

Voluntino uses only strictly necessary browser storage:

• JWT session token (localStorage, until logout).
• Language preference (localStorage).
• Service Worker cache for offline app assets.

No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, JWT session tokens with expiration, TOTP two-factor authentication for administrator accounts, database access controls, regular security audits, encrypted database backups.

10. Automated Decision-Making

Voluntino does not perform automated decision-making or profiling with legal effect.

11. Children

Voluntino is intended for users aged 16 and above. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided personal data, we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

Substantive changes will be notified via email (for registered users) at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at voluntino.app/privacy.

Diese Datenschutzerklärung beschreibt, wie personenbezogene Daten, die über die Voluntino-Plattform (voluntino.app) erhoben werden, verarbeitet werden. Voluntino ist eine als Service bereitgestellte Plattform zur Koordination von Freiwilligenarbeit.

2. Erhobene Daten

• Kontodaten: vollständiger Name, E-Mail, Telefon (optional), bevorzugte Sprache, Wohnsitzland und -stadt (optional), Kontoerstellungsdatum.
• Authentifizierungsdaten: gehashtes Passwort, E-Mail-Bestätigungstoken, Sitzungstoken.
• Freiwilligenaktivität: reservierte Zonen, Reinigungsberichte, Veranstaltungsanmeldungen, geleistete Stunden, hochgeladene Fotos, GPS-Koordinaten (bei aktivierter Standortfreigabe).
• Community-Feed-Inhalte: Wenn Sie zustimmen, Ihre Aktivitäten öffentlich zu machen, erscheinen Ihr Name (falls Sie ihn anzeigen möchten) und Fotos (mit automatisch verpixelten Gesichtern) auf der Community-Seite.
• Kommunikationsdaten: Push-Benachrichtigungs-Abonnementtoken, In-App-Nachrichten mit Koordinatoren, Feedback zu Veranstaltungen.
• Technische Daten: IP-Adresse (nur bei Login/Registrierung zur Ratenbegrenzung; nicht langfristig gespeichert), Browsertyp, Service-Worker-Cache-Status.

3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen

• Kontoverwaltung — Vertrag (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
• Freiwilligenkoordination — Vertrag (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b).
• Push-Benachrichtigungen — Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a). Jederzeit im Profil widerrufbar.
• Öffentlicher Community-Feed — ausdrückliche Einwilligung pro Aktivität (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a).
• Sicherheit und Missbrauchsprävention — berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f).
• Gesetzliche Verpflichtungen — rechtliche Verpflichtung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c).

4. Datenspeicherung und Standort

Alle Daten werden auf Servern in Deutschland (Hetzner Online GmbH) gespeichert. Keine Daten verlassen die Europäische Union.

5. Speicherdauer

• Aktive Kontodaten: solange Ihr Konto besteht.
• Gelöschtes Konto: Name, E-Mail, Telefon, GPS-Koordinaten und Fotos werden innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Kontolöschung dauerhaft anonymisiert. Aggregierte Freiwilligenstatistiken (geleistete Stunden, besuchte Veranstaltungen) werden anonym für Berichtszwecke aufbewahrt.
• Bestätigungstoken: 24 Stunden.
• Passwort-Reset-Token: 1 Stunde.
• Push-Benachrichtigungsprotokolle: 90 Tage.
• Ratenbegrenzung-IP-Protokolle: 15 Minuten (nur im Speicher, nicht persistiert).

6. Drittanbieter (Auftragsverarbeiter)

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Deutschland) — Hosting.
• Sendinblue/Brevo (Frankreich) — transaktionale E-Mail-Zustellung.
• Web-Push-Protokoll — Push-Benachrichtigungszustellung über Browser-Anbieter (Google FCM / Apple APNS / Mozilla). Nur anonyme Gerätetoken werden übertragen.
• flagcdn.com — CDN für Flaggenbilder (keine personenbezogenen Daten).

Wir verwenden keine Analyse-Tracker, keine Drittanbieter-Werbung und kein Cross-Site-Tracking.

7. Ihre Rechte (Kapitel III DSGVO)

• Auskunft (Art. 15).

9. Datensicherheit

Wir setzen branchenübliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen ein: HTTPS/TLS-Verschlüsselung, bcrypt-Passwort-Hashing, JWT mit Ablauf, TOTP-Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung für Administratorkonten, Datenbankzugriffskontrolle, regelmäßige Sicherheitsaudits, verschlüsselte Datenbank-Backups.

10. Automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung

Voluntino führt keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung oder Profilerstellung mit rechtlicher Wirkung durch.

11. Kinder

Voluntino richtet sich an Nutzer ab 16 Jahren. Werden wir darauf aufmerksam, dass ein Kind unter 16 Jahren personenbezogene Daten übermittelt hat, löschen wir diese.

12. Änderungen dieser Erklärung

Wesentliche Änderungen werden registrierten Nutzern mindestens 14 Tage vor Inkrafttreten per E-Mail mitgeteilt. Die aktuelle Version ist unter voluntino.app/privacy verfügbar.

Η παρούσα Πολιτική περιγράφει πώς επεξεργαζόμαστε προσωπικά δεδομένα που συλλέγονται μέσω της πλατφόρμας Voluntino (voluntino.app).

2. Δεδομένα που Συλλέγουμε

• Δεδομένα λογαριασμού: ονοματεπώνυμο, email, τηλέφωνο (προαιρετικά), προτιμώμενη γλώσσα, χώρα και πόλη διαμονής (προαιρετικά), ημερομηνία δημιουργίας λογαριασμού.
• Δεδομένα ταυτοποίησης: κατακερματισμένο (hashed) κωδικό, token επαλήθευσης email, tokens συνεδρίας.
• Δραστηριότητα εθελοντή: δεσμευμένες ζώνες, αναφορές καθαρισμού, εγγραφές σε εκδηλώσεις, ώρες συνεισφοράς, ανεβασμένες φωτογραφίες, συντεταγμένες GPS (όταν ενεργοποιείτε την τοποθεσία).
• Περιεχόμενο κοινοτικής ροής: εάν συναινέσετε, το όνομά σας και οι φωτογραφίες σας (με αυτόματο θάμπωμα προσώπων) εμφανίζονται στη δημόσια σελίδα κοινότητας.
• Επικοινωνία: token συνδρομής push, μηνύματα εντός εφαρμογής με συντονιστές, feedback εκδηλώσεων.
• Τεχνικά δεδομένα: διεύθυνση IP (μόνο κατά είσοδο/εγγραφή για rate-limiting· δεν αποθηκεύεται μακροπρόθεσμα), τύπος browser, κατάσταση cache Service Worker.

3. Σκοποί και Νομική Βάση

• Διαχείριση λογαριασμού — σύμβαση (Άρθρο 6 παρ.1 στοιχ. β ΓΚΠΔ).
• Συντονισμός εθελοντών — σύμβαση (Άρθρο 6 παρ.1 β).
• Push ειδοποιήσεις — συγκατάθεση (Άρθρο 6 παρ.1 α). Ανακλητή ανά πάσα στιγμή από το προφίλ.
• Δημόσια ροή κοινότητας — ρητή συγκατάθεση ανά δραστηριότητα (Άρθρο 6 παρ.1 α).
• Ασφάλεια και πρόληψη κατάχρησης — έννομο συμφέρον (Άρθρο 6 παρ.1 στ).
• Νομική συμμόρφωση — νομική υποχρέωση (Άρθρο 6 παρ.1 γ).

4. Αποθήκευση Δεδομένων και Τοποθεσία

Όλα τα δεδομένα αποθηκεύονται σε servers στη Γερμανία (Hetzner Online GmbH). Κανένα δεδομένο δεν εγκαταλείπει την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.

5. Χρόνος Διατήρησης

• Ενεργός λογαριασμός: όσο υπάρχει ο λογαριασμός σας.
• Διαγραμμένος λογαριασμός: όνομα, email, τηλέφωνο, GPS και φωτογραφίες ανωνυμοποιούνται οριστικά εντός 30 ημερών. Αθροιστικές στατιστικές συνεισφοράς (ώρες, εκδηλώσεις) διατηρούνται ανώνυμα για σκοπούς αναφοράς.
• Tokens επαλήθευσης: 24 ώρες.
• Tokens επαναφοράς κωδικού: 1 ώρα.
• Ημερολόγια push: 90 ημέρες.
• IP για rate-limiting: 15 λεπτά (στη μνήμη, δεν αποθηκεύονται).

6. Εκτελούντες την Επεξεργασία (Τρίτοι)

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Γερμανία) — φιλοξενία.
• Sendinblue/Brevo (Γαλλία) — αποστολή email (επαλήθευση, ειδοποιήσεις).
• Web Push protocol — παράδοση push μέσω browsers (Google FCM / Apple APNS / Mozilla). Μόνο ανώνυμα device tokens μεταδίδονται.

Εφαρμόζουμε βιομηχανικά standards ασφάλειας: HTTPS/TLS, bcrypt hashing κωδικών, JWT με λήξη, TOTP δύο παραγόντων για διαχειριστές, έλεγχος πρόσβασης βάσης δεδομένων, τακτικοί έλεγχοι ασφαλείας, κρυπτογραφημένα backups.

10. Αυτοματοποιημένη Λήψη Αποφάσεων

Δεν εκτελούμε αυτοματοποιημένη λήψη αποφάσεων ή profiling με νομικές συνέπειες.

11. Παιδιά

Η υπηρεσία απευθύνεται σε χρήστες 16 ετών και άνω. Εάν αντιληφθούμε ότι παιδί κάτω των 16 έχει παράσχει δεδομένα, τα διαγράφουμε.

12. Αλλαγές

Ουσιώδεις αλλαγές κοινοποιούνται με email τουλάχιστον 14 ημέρες πριν την εφαρμογή. Η τρέχουσα έκδοση είναι πάντα διαθέσιμη στο voluntino.app/privacy.

Această politică descrie cum sunt procesate datele personale colectate prin platforma Voluntino (voluntino.app).

1. Operator de Date

Nu am numit un Responsabil cu Protecția Datelor (nu este necesar conform Art. 37 GDPR pentru această activitate).

2. Date Colectate

• Date cont: nume complet, email, telefon (opțional), limbă preferată, țară și oraș de reședință (opțional), data creării contului.
• Date autentificare: parolă hashed, token verificare email, tokens sesiune.
• Activitate voluntar: zone rezervate, rapoarte curățare, înscrieri evenimente, ore contribuite, fotografii încărcate, coordonate GPS (când activezi locația).
• Conținut feed comunitar: dacă alegi să faci activitățile publice, numele tău (opțional) și fotografiile (cu fețe blurate automat) apar pe pagina publică.
• Comunicare: token subscripție push, mesaje in-app cu coordonatori, feedback evenimente.
• Date tehnice: adresă IP (doar la autentificare/înregistrare pentru rate-limiting; nu se stochează pe termen lung), tip browser, stare cache Service Worker.

3. Scopuri și Temei Legal

• Administrare cont — contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Coordonare voluntariat — contract (Art. 6.1.b).
• Notificări push — consimțământ (Art. 6.1.a). Revocabil oricând din profil.
• Feed public comunitar — consimțământ explicit per activitate (Art. 6.1.a).
• Securitate — interes legitim (Art. 6.1.f).
• Conformitate legală — obligație legală (Art. 6.1.c).

4. Stocare Date și Locație

Toate datele sunt stocate pe servere din Germania (Hetzner Online GmbH). Niciun dat nu părăsește Uniunea Europeană.

5. Perioada de Retenție

• Cont activ: cât timp există contul.
• Cont șters: numele, emailul, telefonul, coordonatele GPS și fotografiile sunt anonimizate permanent în 30 zile. Statisticile agregate (ore, evenimente) rămân anonim pentru raportare.
• Tokens verificare: 24 ore.
• Tokens reset parolă: 1 oră.
• Log-uri push: 90 zile.
• IP rate-limiting: 15 minute (în memorie, nepersistat).

6. Persoane Împuternicite (Procesatori)

Questa Informativa descrive come trattiamo i dati personali raccolti tramite la piattaforma Voluntino (voluntino.app).

1. Titolare del Trattamento

Non è stato nominato un Responsabile della Protezione dei Dati (non richiesto dall'Art. 37 GDPR).

2. Dati Raccolti

• Account: nome completo, email, telefono (opzionale), lingua, paese e città di residenza (opzionali), data creazione.
• Autenticazione: password hashata, token verifica email, token sessione.
• Attività volontaria: zone riservate, rapporti pulizia, iscrizioni eventi, ore contribuite, foto caricate, coordinate GPS (se attivate).
• Feed pubblico: con consenso, il tuo nome e foto (con volti sfocati) appaiono pubblicamente.
• Comunicazione: token push, messaggi in-app, feedback eventi.
• Dati tecnici: IP (solo login/registrazione, non conservato), tipo browser, cache Service Worker.

• Gestione account — contratto (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Tutti i dati sono archiviati su server in Germania (Hetzner Online GmbH). Nessun dato lascia l'UE.

5. Periodo di Conservazione

• Account attivo: finché esiste.
• Account eliminato: nome, email, telefono, GPS, foto anonimizzati definitivamente entro 30 giorni.
• Token verifica: 24 ore. Token reset: 1 ora. Log push: 90 giorni. IP rate-limiting: 15 minuti.

Dit beleid beschrijft hoe wij persoonsgegevens verwerken die via het Voluntino-platform (voluntino.app) worden verzameld.

1. Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke

Er is geen Functionaris voor Gegevensbescherming benoemd (niet vereist volgens Art. 37 AVG).

2. Verzamelde Gegevens

• Account: volledige naam, e-mail, telefoon (optioneel), taal, land en woonplaats (optioneel), aanmaakdatum.
• Authenticatie: gehashte wachtwoord, e-mailverificatietoken, sessietokens.
• Vrijwilligersactiviteit: gereserveerde zones, schoonmaakrapporten, evenementinschrijvingen, uren, foto's, GPS-coördinaten (indien ingeschakeld).
• Publieke feed: met toestemming worden je naam en foto's (gezichten geblurd) openbaar getoond.
• Communicatie: push-token, in-app berichten, feedback.
• Technisch: IP (alleen bij login/registratie, niet permanent opgeslagen), browsertype, Service Worker cache.

3. Doeleinden en Rechtsgrondslag

• Accountbeheer — overeenkomst (Art. 6.1.b AVG).
• Vrijwilligerscoördinatie — overeenkomst (Art. 6.1.b).
• Push-meldingen — toestemming (Art. 6.1.a).
• Publieke feed — expliciete toestemming per activiteit (Art. 6.1.a).

4. Opslag en Locatie

Alle gegevens worden opgeslagen op servers in Duitsland (Hetzner Online GmbH). Geen gegevens verlaten de EU.

5. Bewaartermijn

• Actief account: zolang het account bestaat.
• Verwijderd account: naam, e-mail, telefoon, GPS, foto's binnen 30 dagen definitief geanonimiseerd.
• Verificatietokens: 24 uur. Reset-tokens: 1 uur. Push-logs: 90 dagen. IP rate-limiting: 15 minuten.
